Hey so this week I am posting a video which follows the training of former UFC lightweight champion Sean Sherk; a man known for his hard work in and outside of the gym.
Now a lot of people complicate weight loss and muscle gain. However in the end of the day or week or month; if you have worked hard and stuck with a good diet you will succeed.
Sean Sherk is a man who always seems to work hard no matter what his current physical condition is. He is a solid role model to most Mixed Martial Arts fans and pretty much anyone who sees him train.
Im a fan so here is a little inspiration for those who need it.
